Length of training:
The training can be completed in 1 month easily, you have a maximum of one year, the adult education registration is for this period. There are extension options.


After completing the training:

You will receive a YAI international instructor certificate and a Hungarian adult education certificate after completing the training. Both are issued in English and Hungarian. We are happy to issue certificates in other languages.

There is an opportunity for consultation once a week before the online class. You can still ask questions at any time, either in writing or by phone.

✔️Online Yoga Classes:
My online yoga classes in Hungarian are free throughout the course. I teach classes once a week on Zoom, which can be viewed back. If you live nearby or have the opportunity to visit me, you can attend in person. You can also find recorded classes on my YouTube channel.

✔️Private Facebook group:
In my group I will keep you updated with course info, as well as additional material, videos and interesting facts about yoga.

✔️Intense personal contact:
Part of the training is my personal availability, which is especially important to me. Because I want to teach you, not just be an online phantom. So you can contact me with questions with confidence.

Exams and application:

➡️Theoretical exam:
The theory test is an online test that you can take from the comfort of your home, at a time of your choice. It can be repeated if necessary.


➡️Online or on-site practical exam:

For the practical exam, you will be required to teach a 60-minute class. You can choose the mode of the exam, which can be a recorded video, a live online Zoom video or an in-person on-site exam.

➡️YAI International Diploma, Hungarian Adult Education Diploma:
Your International Diploma will be issued in Hungarian and English, bearing the YAI logo, and is accepted worldwide. In addition, you can request registration on the YAI website for a fee of 100,- Euro. This is not included in the course fee, but I will take care of the administrative part for you.

The course is an official adult education course in Hungary, so you will also receive a certificate issued by the Adult Education Office.

About the Instructor

I am a certified functional fascia trainer, yoga instructor, fitness trainer, and healthy eating consultant. My vision is rooted in the belief that a blend of diverse exercise methods creates harmony in both body and mind, delivering the best and most beautiful results in the shortest time possible.

I’m passionate about health promotion in all that I do—whether in my yoga classes, fitness training, or nutrition guidance. We all know the saying, "In body and soul." This is not just a motto for me; it’s my calling and creed. I’m here to share with you the knowledge that fosters true balance and well-being.

In my personal practice, I weave these principles into everything—from yoga and spinning Tabata classes to Aerial Yoga and TRX workouts. Not all at once, of course—but that’s the beauty of training: learning a wide range of exercises that give you options. Once you’ve mastered these movements, you’ll understand the essence of fascia training, and how to integrate it into your own routines.

Szia, Nóra vagyok...

….egy utazó vagyok a jóga útján, egy örök tanuló. Amit eddigi utamon tanultam szívesen megosztom Veled.

Ezt látom életfeladatomnak, hogy másokkal megismertessem a jógát, az ehhez tartozó életmódot, tanítsalak a tapasztalataim alapján. Segítsek a fejlődésben a jóga önismereti útján másokat.

Számomra a jóga a csoda ami kiegyensúlyoz, egyszerre tart a Földön és repít az Égen. Segít megismerni önmagam, lecsendesíteni a felesleges gondolatokat. Életem egy nehéz, zavaros szakaszában talált rám – mutatta az utat – azóta is ezt az utat követem.

Nem egyik pillanatról a másikra jutottam el a jógaoktatásig, mondjuk úgy ez az a hivatás amiben megtaláltam önmagam sok-sok ezt megelőző szakma vagy munka után. Kreatív személyiség vagyok, festek, rajzolok – bár amióta jógát oktatok keveset – voltam fodrász, aztán grafikus, volt egy kis tervezői stúdióm. Aztán marketinges lettem egy cégnél, ahol később az üzemvezetői posztot láttam el. Közben sikerült megnyitnom a stúdiómat. Az első évben napközben egy gyártó üzem műhelyei között ingáztam és este pedig alig vártam, hogy jógaórát tartsak.

Majd jött a pillanat amikor úgy éreztem tanultam és tapasztaltam annyit a jóga terén, hogy csak azzal foglalkozzak. Közben akkreditáltattam a stúdiót- és magamat –  a Yoga Alliance Internationalnál és hamarosan bele is kezdtem az online és offline oktatásba. Így a magassarkút és a „business-look”-ot lecseréltem leggingsre és zoknira.

Innentől heti rekord számú órám lett a stúdióban. Hatha jóga, gyerekjóga, kismamajóga, Aerial jóga, Aerial gyerekjóga, TRX, Tabata, Köredzések, Restorative Aerial jóga….. De már ez is a múlt, a személyi és csoportos órák helyét átvette az oktatás.

Két gyermekem van, 9 és 11 éves fiúk. Jóideje elváltam már. A gyerekek heti váltásban vannak velem egy cicus pedig állandóan.

A jóga mellett a zongorázás és a nyelvtanulás a hobbim. Németül anyanyelvi szinten beszélek, hosszabb időt éltem Németországban. Ezenkívül az angol, francia, török – amiket eddig tanultam. Olyan személyiség vagyok, aki soha nem tud megállni, igaz fordítok időt a pihenésre, de az agyam folyamatosan zakatol.  Ez a tanítványaimnak csak hasznukra válik, mottóm: „hogyan segíthetem a tanulásodat a leghatékonyabban” – erre talán az üzemvezetői évek tanítottak – hogyan hozzuk ki a legkevesebb idő/eszköz ráfordítással a legtöbbet valamiből.

Online oktatói felületemet folyamatosan frissítem, mindig van újdonság. Tanulóimmal pedig a vizsga után is tartjuk a kapcsolatot és szívesen segítek a jógás útjuk elindításában, ápolásában mindig.

Van rengeteg jógás és edzői képesítésem, ezt lentebb felsorolom. Nem hagyom abba a tanulást, nem állok meg. Amiért nagyon hálás vagyok, hogy az 500 órás jógaoktatói képesítésemet a Yoga Alliance vezetőjénél Swamiji-nél végezhettem el egyenesen Indiából élő online tanfolyamon. 2022-ben megkaptam a YAI-tól a “Nemzetközi Nagykövet” kinevezést, mely hatalmas hálával tölt el. Alap képzésemet pedig Szvetlana Maevszkaja jóga mesternél végeztem, aki a Hatha jóga mellett a Kaya Kalp jóga világába is bevezetett. Szvetlana orosz származású, Indiában tanulta a jógát és jelenleg is sokat tartózkodik ott.

Számomra mindkét képzés nagyon különleges tudást adott, hálás vagyok érte, hogy ezt hozta a sors.
